Needed repair on my garage door opener. Within 2 1/2 hours of calling Precision Door the tech showed up to take care of my concern. Brett Warfel's attire was clean and presentable and proceeded to quickly perform the repair needed. He was very polite, professional, and well spoken. He's obviously quite an asset to Precision and deserves more than 5 stars! I was more than pleased with the Precision personnel and service rendered. THANKS!

Technician was great, on time and professional. The part replaced was known to be a defective part. The part was under warranty, but labor was not. Seems like labor should be covered since the part was defective.

Brett was the technician and was awesome. Called me today he was on the way. Diagnosed the issue and gave me options. Thoroughly explained the options, the repair work, and the cost. Was also working around my work schedule so was very cognizant of that. It was a real pleasure to work with him. Plus he’s a blues fan!!!! I think he did more than my options are here. Was very good!

Garage door springs broke on a Sunday. Looked for a company online and found Precision Garage Door. I love the book your own appointment online and the many reviews each employee had in their profiles. I scheduled the appointment for the following day. Matthew Brewer was our technician. He was very polite, friendly, and explained everything in detail. 5 STARS!! Thank you for the fast service!!

Our garage door opener broke on Saturday after 17 years, imagine! Most repair shops are closed on the weekend but we saw the listing for Precision Garage Door and their accreditations looked really good so called around noon. Phone answered by a very nice lady who asked a few questions and scheduled a 2 to 4 pm appointment that day. Ryan showed up at 2 pm and was very knowledgeable. After looking at current opener with the broken cable, he explained the features of a new model of opener and we decided it was a better decision to replace our opener rather than just replace the cable. Ryan got right to work and had the new opener installed in about two hours, took away the old parts and we were in business. Very happy with the service especially their weekend availability.

5 stars to Dejuan. Technician was great and informative. He showed up within the window. I spoke with the office yesterday and was told there wouldn’t be any hidden fees. She confirmed it would be $260-$315 out the door for the part and installation. She didn’t say anything about needing both springs replaced costing $680 or the service fee of $79 even after asking multiple times. She said there wasn't any obligation to pay until after signing. If not for the technician trying to work with us and walking us through everything, I’d give a one star.

He examined my garage door and offered suggestions for things to look for, and when they would need to be addressed. He was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. Historically, I have used another company to replace my door openers and service my doors and openers. We moved to a new house and needed some work on our doors and a new opener. Frustrated with my old vendors' availability, I took a chance on Precision and have been completely satisfied with the service response time and level of expertise demonstrated by their technicians. The door wouldn't close because a wire to the safety sensor broke and needed replaced. When I called I expected to have to wait several days for an appointment. Not so. Someone was here in less than 2 hours. Quickly fixed it and I was pleasantly surprised at how inexpensive it was.

My garage door broke on a Friday morning. I called my home warranty co, and they said their repair co. could not come until Monday. Obviously unacceptable. I called Precision and booked an appointment. Repair guy Brett literally called less than five minutes after I hung up the phone with the home office, and was at my house in another 5. He did a careful inspection of my garage door, showed me the problems (broken spring, frayed cables), and recommended replacements. Within an hour, the door was fully repaired - new spring, cables, flywheels, and keypad installed, stray wires stapled safely to the wall, and everything lubricated and cleaned up nicely. I will definitely use this company again.

Johathon was out today to solve a mysterious beeping sound. Turns out I needed a new battery backup. From the install a couple years ago to this latest call, each technician has been so nice and helpful as well as very professional and knowledgeable. What I really appreciate about this company is, if a repair is done, there is no service charge to come out. Many companies charge both. Great service and no extra charge—I won’t use anyone else.

I called the office the next morning and was able to obtain an appointment that same day within a two hour time frame. My technician, Matt, called in advance and arrived earlier than the scheduled repair time. He was pleasant, discussed my options with me, and completed the job in a timely manner.
