We called Precision because there was a Precision sticker on our 25-year-old opener we were looking to replace. Mario was great! Quick and clean, he had an immediate recommendation on which unit we needed based on our requirements. We also discovered that our springs were significantly undersized and had to replace those as well. The cost was a bit more than I had hoped for, and we discussed options if we were willing to give up some features we were wanting. Ultimately, we went with Mario's original recommendation. I was slightly disappointed to find out later that Liftmaster MyQ doesn't easily integrate with Home Assistant, Alexa or Google Home without third party equipment and that MyQ requires a subscription for the most useful features, but that's no fault of Precision or Mario.

Brett was my service/installation tech. He actually arrived about 10 minutes early and reviewed everything with me. Once I agreed, I left him alone and he performed his magic, removing the old opener and installing the new one in just over an hour (would have taken me all day!). I recommend Precision, and if you can, ask for Brett!

I needed my garage door keypad serviced and I called precision and they came out the same day. Ryan came out and took a look at our keypad and not only did he place it he also replaced the old motor and gave us new remotes. He was super nice and friendly and took care of everything in a timely manner.

I had used Precision Overhead Door service in the past for a broken door spring on a Sunday and they repaired the spring same day. I thought that was going above and beyond service because they came out on a Sunday and fixed my problem. Today my garage door opener failed at around 1:00pm. I called Precision and the person who answered the phone was great. She said the technician would be out between 4-6pm. With in a half hour I received a call from the technician Jon Hand and he said he could be at my house by 2:00pm. if that was ok with me. Jon and his partner Nate were here at 2 and diagnosed my problem. My unit was 20 years old Jon gave me a couple options to consider and I chose to have a new LiftMaster opener installed. Jon and Nate worked well together and had it installed and everything cleaned up by 3:10pm. Five Star plus service!!!

We chose Precision Garage Door Service because they have a five star rating and we needed our broken garage door spring replaced ASAP, and with it being a Sunday, they had appointments open. Their technician, Matt, was very friendly, honest, and open about what needed to be done. The repairs were done in a timely manner and at a fair price. We would use them again if necessary.

My garage door failed to open on the morning of 1/20/25. I called and got service the same day. Dejuan H. came to my home to help me out. He repaired/ installed new garage door parts and a new opener. Dejuan was very knowledgeable, respectful, and an all-around good guy. Will Mullholland (technician) arrived for the appointment on time. He did a quick assessment of the problem (broken torsion spring) and inspected the door for any additional issues. He fully explained four different options and pricing for doing the repair. Once I decided on an option he was able to complete everything within a hour which included changing from a single spring system to a dual spring system. Very satisfied with the quality of the service and their quick response time.
