Brett arrived on time. He was courteous and took the time to thoroughly explain why our 19 year old Lift Master garage opener needed to be replaced. He offered us 3 different replacement options. We chose to get another Lift Master. In addition he inspected the springs, the rollers, and brackets on our garage door. He completed the work in less than 1.5 hours.

Had an issue with sticking when opening. From the initial phone call through completion of service, I was super happy. Matthew B was our technician and killed it. Good: arrived in less than a day. Quick. Left remainder of oil spray to lubricate for future. Cons: No discount AT ALL for purchasing and paying for install of a brand new door 2 years and 2 months prior. You'd think there would be a reduction or removal of the service call charge for being a returning customer of a multi-thousand purchase. In addition their rates seem to be higher than the competition.
