We had an after-business hours emergency where our garage door would not close. I didn't want it to be open all night, so I did a search and came across Precision Garage Door. Christine answered the phone even though it was after 530pm, and she was able to schedule a technician to come out within about an hour. Mario Gonzalez arrived, assessed the issue, and was able to quicky complete the work. He inspected the overall system, not just the main problem, also gave me some pointers on how to prevent further issues. Overall, awesome experience from the call to the work getting completed. Very grateful they were able to come out and fix the problem so our garage door would not be open all night. I highly recommend them for any work in the future!

The guys who came out did a wonderful job! Brett di d a good job explaining the issues and laying out the possible ways to fix the door. The online scheduler was great as well. Too often, I get a window that includes the entire day, whereas this was much more manageable.

Needed a new garage door opener. Brett came out, explained all the options and reviewed the existing door and opener. After some discussion of opener options selected a LiftMaster opener. The installation was done quickly and professionally. Brett reviewed all the new features and demonstrated key aspects of the opener. Job well done!

Needed repair on my garage door opener. Within 2 1/2 hours of calling Precision Door the tech showed up to take care of my concern. Brett Warfel's attire was clean and presentable and proceeded to quickly perform the repair needed. He was very polite, professional, and well spoken. Our garage door failed on a Sunday. I called Precision around 9am and they were here on time right around noon. The tech, Matthew, was professional and friendly .... very easy to communicate with. He had the job done in less than hour and took all of the junk parts and boxes with him. I will be calling them again if I ever need garage door work and I suggest you do too

The entire process of having my garage door springs replaced was very smooth and efficient. Scheduling online literally took me a minute or two on your website. I was pleasantly surprised that you could get a technician out the next day as well. The day of my appointment I got a reminder text about an hour in advance and a call from your technician about 10-15 minutes prior to his arrival. I was fortunate enough to get Glen as my technician. I understand a lot of people write these reviews simply because their technician asked them to however this was not the case. Glen showed up quickly, acted professionally and we had a couple laughs together. He went above and beyond to not only make sure my garage door was safe but was also operating smoothly and efficiently. I sincerely appreciated glens attitude, his professionalism and his friendly nature. If I ever need service on my garage door again I can only hope he’s the technician I get. Precision garage door obviously makes a habit out of hiring quality employees and glen is absolutely a great example of that. Call these guys when you need help, they won’t disappoint you.

My garage door refused to close so I called Precision and made an appointment for the same day on line. They sent a picture of the service person with some personal info named Glen and he showed up on time, diagnosed the issue and presented options to fix or replace. I chose to replace and in a little over an hour it was in and operational. Excellent service

I called Thursday night with broken springs on a 15 year old chain drive system. Precision gave me a Friday window from 10:00am to 12:00.Technician Dejuan Harris showed up at my house 10:15 sharp. Dejuan was very professional explaining all my options. I chose to also replace the motor with a top of the line belt drive system. More expensive than I expected but piece of mind with a life time warranty. Love the LED lights. The installation was perfect! Thank you Dejuan! ????????
