Called last night and scheduled an appointment for this morning. Great experience with setting everything up and quick turnaround for repair service. Will came out this morning to repair a broken spring on our garage door. He was fantastic from beginning to end. Gave us our options and explained everything in great detail so we understood the repairs he was making. I'll be using Precision for all of our garage door needs going forward. Would love Will to do all of our service whenever possible! I can't say enough about how awesome he was.

I really like the look of the new garage doors, the keyless entry, the on-off lights, etc. There was a delay in set-up due to the company mis-measuring during trip #1. The doors are not noise-less by any means BUT much less noise than the doors that were replaced. Overall, I am satisfied!

I had an emergency repair of a spring that had my truck trapped in my garage! I called Precision and Joel was out in about an hour! He walked me through the options and he got to work. His service was excellent and he did the job quickly!
