We had dealt with Precision years ago and in between with a couple of others. Knew what I wanted done and answers to some questions that I had. Your tech Will was just the thing , tho he says he not a people person he was great . Answered any question and didn’t mind me hanging around watching which is what I do with anyone coming to my house and doing something for me. Took care of the problem in a timely and professional manner. Also had a connection with Will involving Kendrick’s meat market. Any future work or possible new doors we will be in contact.

Great communication by the company and technician. Brett was very professional, knowledgeable, and did a thorough job checking my doors and made a couple adjustments to my existing opener and doors. Super happy with their service and will use them for any garage door needs in the future!
