We had dealt with Precision years ago and in between with a couple of others. Knew what I wanted done and answers to some questions that I had. Your tech Will was just the thing , tho he says he not a people person he was great . Answered any question and didn’t mind me hanging around watching which is what I do with anyone coming to my house and doing something for me. Took care of the problem in a timely and professional manner. Also had a connection with Will involving Kendrick’s meat market. Any future work or possible new doors we will be in contact.

I chose Precision because of their high ratings. I called them on a Monday at 3:00 and they were at my house the next morning at 8:00am to install an opener on my single bay. Great communication by the company and technician. Brett was very professional, knowledgeable, and did a thorough job checking my doors and made a couple adjustments to my existing opener and doors. Super happy with their service and will use them for any garage door needs in the future!
