My garage door was making strange noises and had problems opening after a recent snow storm so I called Precision Garage Door for help. Making an appointment was easy and Glen arrived right on time. He serviced the door and in less than an hour the work was completed. PGD exceeded my expectations and the price was quite reasonable. I recommend PGD for garage door installation, and service. He also left a can of Precision Garage Door lubricant and gave simple instructions for maintaining the door in proper condition.

We were very pleased with your company's courtesy and quick response to our problem. Our garage door would not open due to a broken torsion spring. From the person who answered our call, Kayleigh?, to the Technician, Glen Lemp, your personnel were eager to help and provided quick estimates and excellent service. Glen advised that we would probably soon need new bearings, so we purchased those also. He clearly explained that fatigue had caused the spring to break after so much use for over 13 years. He finished the replacement quickly and cleaned up the site. We will definitely recommend your company to others!

I was fortunate enough to get Glen as my technician. I understand a lot of people write these reviews simply because their technician asked them to however this was not the case. Glen showed up quickly, acted professionally and we had a couple laughs together. He went above and beyond to not only make sure my garage door was safe but was also operating smoothly and efficiently. I sincerely appreciated glens attitude, his professionalism and his friendly nature. If I ever need service on my garage door again I can only hope he’s the technician I get.
