I made an appointment for an estimate to potentially replace my overhead opener with a side mounted jack shaft opener to free up some overhead space in my garage. The technicians (Brett and Brady) assigned contacted me ahead of time and were very prompt - arriving right when they said they would. And to my surprise, they were equipped to install right away if I wanted to move forward with the project. The price was in-line with my expectations and they offered honest opinions on recommendations made by a competing bidder. They installed in just about an hour! Very professional and clean install - important to me as I use my garage for a rec room/golf simulator as well as parking cars. I couldn’t be happier! Thanks much.

Precision did a great job!! My garage door spring broke at 7 pm on a Wednesday. Precision has later evening hours so someone was able to talk with me and schedule an appointment the NEXT morning at 8 am!!! The technician, Matt B., arrived before 8am and replaced my door springs. For preventative maintenance, I had Matt replace the springs on my other garage door, they were getting weak and wore. All done by 10 am!! Thanks Precision and Matt B!!!!

Let me begin by telling you I was a customer service regional manager for a large company and know the nuances of excellent customer service. From my initial call for a service appointment to the final moments of the solution to my problem your team was exceptional. Your service person Brett called fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled window and inquired about the nature of the problem. He arrived on schedule and proceeded to analyze the failure of the opener. He clearly articulated the options and did not try to oversell a replacement opener. After a brief discussion he proceeded to remove the old unit and install a new opener. He completed the installation as projected and closed the call by ensuring I knew fully how to use the various controls. If I were in a position to rate Brett's professionalism I would rate him at the top of the scale. Hopefully your other technicians are able to learn from his skills and enthusiasm.
