Scheduling online was simple and quick, and I was able to get the appointment time that I was looking for. My service technician Brady Decker called and asked if he could come earlier than my initial appointment which was ok. He was friendly and very professional. We were very pleased with your company's courtesy and quick response to our problem. Our garage door would not open due to a broken torsion spring. From the person who answered our call, Kayleigh?, to the Technician, Glen Lemp, your personnel were eager to help and provided quick estimates and excellent service. Glen advised that we would probably soon need new bearings, so we purchased those also. He clearly explained that fatigue had caused the spring to break after so much use for over 13 years. He finished the replacement quickly and cleaned up the site. We will definitely recommend your company to others!

5 stars to Dejuan. Technician was great and informative. He showed up within the window. I spoke with the office yesterday and was told there wouldn’t be any hidden fees. She confirmed it would be $260-$315 out the door for the part and installation. She didn’t say anything about needing both springs replaced costing $680 or the service fee of $79 even after asking multiple times. She said there wasn't any obligation to pay until after signing. If not for the technician trying to work with us and walking us through everything, I’d give a one star.

Prompt, courteous, professional staff. Tech had all the parts on his truck. Replaced everything except rails & doors. My units were 30 years old. Were getting progressively louder. Rollers, pulleys and cables were worn. What a difference! So quiet now. No worries about break down now. Thanks!!

William was fantastic and very knowledgeable. He finished the job ahead of schedule and everything was amazing and so quiet when operating the new opener. The new springs and rollers made a big difference. Especially nice was the how he explained the safety aspect of the door operation and weight bearing specs that were extremely unsafe with the existing operation. After completing the job he was very thorough on explaining everything and showing us how all the safety concerns were corrected with the new install. He helped program all the openers and key pad device as well as explaining the app features. We couldn’t be happier with the work and professionalism by William!
