I’ve used Pecision in the past at my old house and only thought of them to use at my new house. As luck would have it, Will Mulholland worked at both locations. He was amazing both times. He is professional and knowledgeable. Knew exactly what do and helped to understand everything. Hopefully I won’t have any more issues but will always call Precision if I do.

Selected because of same day service. Most prefer not to have garage open to the elements and visitors overnight or few days from now. Dejuan Harris arrived about an hour from my call. He assessed situation and made adjustments as needed to keep it going as long as possible. Unit original from build 2005 so hope lasts bit longer. DeJuan was nice and professional and friendly. I’ll definitely call precision again.

Absolutely 1000% I would recommend this company! Matthew Brewer showed up at my house and he is an absolute asset for sure to his craft and I swear my garage door works better than it did before I jacked it all up!? Matthew deserves nothing but a 10 rating based on his professionalism!, a 10 for his promptness!, and a 10 for his knowledge and business ethics!! Please figure out a way to promote this young man and keep him around for the long haul!!! This company rocks and please don’t sell yourself short!? Call these folks for your garage door repair!!

Patrick came over inspected my repair needs and took information to replace a panel on my garage door. His boss called me later and told me they would prefer to not do the work on my door because it's not a type of door they have access to order parts for maintenance purposes. This company was kind enough to give me a free review of my situation. I would give them highest rating because of their willingness to want to help although this particular door is not within their bailiwick. I have been able to establish support from other companies.

In your ad I saw that there is no extra charge for night or weekend service and that is important to those of us who have a car being held hostage in our garages. Thankfully, we did not have to disturb you on a weekend or night, We called Thursday afternoon and got an appointment for 10:00 AM Friday. Keith arrived exactly on time, was knowledgeable about the product, thorough and efficient; also professional yet friendly. I would definitely recommend you to friends and family and I give you FIVE gold stars!
