Everything went well. It wasn’t remotes/ keypads but something to do with the sensory system that I ended up needing. The guy was earlier than expected and called first.

Easy to schedule. Responsive. Tech let me know ahead of time that he was heading my way. Tech walked me through the choices/options, was friendly, performed the work, then demonstrated the completed work. Very happy with service and will use them again for any future repairs.

Brett at Precision Door was the best! Everything from start to finish was simple and professional. All options for fixing our garage were explained thoroughly before we made a decision. He even had everything he needed in the truck, so it was done quickly also. This is our second time using their services, and we would definitely go back if any more problems arise. I had to have two service calls to repair my problem. I would especially like to compliment John who came to my house on a Sunday morning. He arrived right on time and explained what was needed...a new motor. He was very courteous and had the motor installed quickly. While the total dollar amount was more than I had hoped, I would call Precision again if needed. Please pass these remarks and a big Thank You on to John.

Pleased that we were able to get a technician scheduled within 2 days. It had been about 10 years since our last service call and had recently been experiencing new "aches and pains" type noises as the door was raising and lowering. Chris was able to assess the situation and give us an honest opinion of what parts should be replaced without having to replace the whole costly door system. A restore and adjustment was completed and the door is working good again... along with peace of mind that the springs aren't going to break on us. The 7 year warranty is great too. Pleased with results and would hire them again to return.

Needed a reputable garage door service, and I picked Precision based on web research. The service technician arrived on time, not only did he perform the service I requested but also noticed a safety issue on my other door. He recommended making all repairs which I did. Price was very reasonable.
