I made a call to Precision Door at 7:30a on a Thursday and a technician, Brett Warfel, was at our door within the hour. Brett was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and clearly cared about providing top-notch customer service. We had a nice conversation about hockey and almost forgot that it was 25° outside. He explained the various options in detail and ensured price, warranty and life of the newly installed product were clear before I made any decision.
