We called Precision because there was a Precision sticker on our 25-year-old opener we were looking to replace. Mario was great! Quick and clean, he had an immediate recommendation on which unit we needed based on our requirements. We also discovered that our springs were significantly undersized and had to replace those as well. The cost was a bit more than I had hoped for, and we discussed options if we were willing to give up some features we were wanting. Ultimately, we went with Mario's original recommendation. I was slightly disappointed to find out later that Liftmaster MyQ doesn't easily integrate with Home Assistant, Alexa or Google Home without third party equipment and that MyQ requires a subscription for the most useful features, but that's no fault of Precision or Mario.

We had an after-business hours emergency where our garage door would not close. I didn't want it to be open all night, so I did a search and came across Precision Garage Door. Christine answered the phone even though it was after 530pm, and she was able to schedule a technician to come out within about an hour. Mario Gonzalez arrived, assessed the issue, and was able to quicky complete the work. He inspected the overall system, not just the main problem, also gave me some pointers on how to prevent further issues. Overall, awesome experience from the call to the work getting completed. Very grateful they were able to come out and fix the problem so our garage door would not be open all night. I highly recommend them for any work in the future!

I got fed up with the delays and waits with the OHD company I used on three previous occasions for servicing my older wooden garage door. On that third occasion I decided to cancel the OHD appointment and try a different repair company. I chose Precision Garage Door Service based on their Google reviews. Boy was I glad I did! I got a same day appointment, the repairman Dejuan Harris called ahead and even offered to come early to help me get on to an engagement I had that day. He explained everything that was going on with my broken door, gave me three possible estimates based on what problems could not be diagnosed until he saw the details of some of the parts (old door). The work was completed within an hour and the cost turned out to be the lowest possible outcome estimate. Dejuan was respectful and courteous and knew his stuff. I will recommend to anyone, especially friends and family, that they use Precision Door for any garage door issues.
