While I was out of state I got a call and picture from my son to show me what happened when he closed my garage door. Luckily I had a Precision sticker on the door from their last service call a few years ago and was able to call to arrange an appointment for today. Will came out to see what he could do to get things working again. Super nice young man; he was polite, friendly and respectful of me and my property (plus my cat loved him)! Will explained the steps necessary to get my door working again and warned of the possibility of the motor also having a problem that we wouldn't know about till he got the gaping hole repaired (fortunately it worked just fine). He swept up debris that had fallen to the garage floor and walked me through the steps of lubricating the rollers, springs, etc. This is the second time I've called on Precision and have been 100% pleased each time. Highly recommend.

I was very happy with the service and professionalism of Joel and the folks at Precision. From making the appointment to the actual repair of the garage door, this was a smooth and easy process. Joel took the time to really diagnose the problem (the door raising and lowering was erratic) and discovered a short in the wiring that necessitated new wires and a new opener. He also checked the sensors and lubricated the tracks and springs, so the door is quieter and smoother now - even put a new light bulb in the motor unit for me. I thought the cost was very reasonable. I'm keeping this phone number!

Excellent service. I requested installation of a keyless entry and tune up of springs, rollers, and door. In addition, work had to be completed in order to go to another appointment. The technician Sean was courteous and arrived on time. Job was completed quickly, reviewed the work with me and allowed me to keep my next appointment.
