It was a pleasure to deal with and talk to Will Mulholland. He gave me several tips on how to take care of my garage door mechanisms. He was very surprised to see my 1994 Precision door opener still humming along so well. I thought the door sensors had malfunctioned but it was only that spiderwebs were blocking the signal. If I need further service Will would be the Tech I prefer.

The young man who came to assist me was very nice. He did exactly what I needed to have done (change my access codes), and volunteered to double check everything else while he was here. I was surprised that instead of the $79 quote that Chelsey had said when I called, it cost $110. I thought that was a little expensive for 10 minutes work. Please remove Dick Mueller‘s name from your file as I told you when I called he has passed away. None of the choices in the service performed applied, so I just picked one.

Last Sunday our 25 year old garage door opener died. Since Monday was a holiday, today I called Precision. Despite today being the coldest day of the year and snowing, about an hour and a half later, Dejuan Harris arrived. He quickly diagnosed our problem and explained our options. I elected to totally replace the opener. Another hour and a half and we had a new, fully functioning, garage door opener. And this was done in single digit weather. Brrr, it was cold. Thank you Dejuan for your very timely and thorough service and thank you Precision for more than meeting our expectations.

My garage door broke on a Friday morning. I called my home warranty co, and they said their repair co. could not come until Monday. Obviously unacceptable. I called Precision and booked an appointment. Repair guy Brett literally called less than five minutes after I hung up the phone with the home office, and was at my house in another 5. He did a careful inspection of my garage door, showed me the problems (broken spring, frayed cables), and recommended replacements. Within an hour, the door was fully repaired - new spring, cables, flywheels, and keypad installed, stray wires stapled safely to the wall, and everything lubricated and cleaned up nicely. I will definitely use this company again.

Great service, Dejuan really knows his stuff !!!! Had to replace my door lift motor and mechanism. He knocked it out in no time…Door broke at noon Wednesday, fixed by 9:30 AM Thursday !!! Thanks guys

I recently moved back to Chesterfield from Florida and bought the home next to my former home. The garage door was not working properly and struggling to go up or to come down. I had used Precision through the years on my former homes before I moved to Florida. They sent out their technician, Brett, the next morning to service this garage door. Brett was so professional and examined the garage door very professionally. He explained to me why it was making all this noise and struggling to go up and to come down. Brett gave me different options and their cost to repair the garage door. When he completed servicing it, Brett showed me the parts that were replaced and completely worn out. The garage door went up and came down without all the struggling noise. Precision continues to offer first class service.
