We are very pleased with the service. Contacted Precision Saturday evening and they had a tech here Sunday at 8am. Patrick Matthews was awesome. Polite and courteous and friendly to both our dogs. Would not hesitate to use Precision Door in the future.

I guess a 3, since I haven't heard anything back from your company yet? The rep who came out to give me an estimate was very nice and professional, took pics of current garage, but I'm still waiting to see what's up???

Great experience from my phone call to request repair to the technician arriving and completing the repair. Called in the evening and was able to get my garage door scheduled and repaired the next afternoon. Fantastic experience.
