I read the ratings before I called them and I was immediately impressed with the speed of service they provided to me and the experience of Brent Gregory, the technician they sent out to me. I have never seen anyone more experienced and knowledgable as this guy is In my personal experience with them, Precision is an exceptional company with exceptional employees. I experienced a broken spring in the morning and was basically locked out of my garage, but by the early afternoon repairs were completed and everything was functioning perfectly. No need to call anyone else, if Precision can't provide the service you need, no one can - I can highly recommend them.

Technician Megan Hente was very knowledgeable and helpful. She replaced our garage springs and replaced the garage motor. She even spent extra time helping program my garage openers! Megan was efficient and quick. I would recommend her!
