on Nov 8, your firm came out and replaced my springs, one was broken. He showed me some things that needed attention and since I had just bought the house, I told him to do hos complete rebuild "deal". I paid $1,160 for all the repairs. Once he got finished, even with the new spring and all new hinges, etc, the door still jerked when opening. the technician said that is normal, which I disagreed with. over the next few weks, I tried all kinds of things to no avail. I called back and you all sent the same technician back again. He looked at all the moving points and then told me again , that's the way doors operate. In frustration, I called yesterday and asked for someone with more experience to come look. Joel Rife came out this morning and immediately identified the problem. The side and top seals were very sticky so he took them off, cleaned the surfaces then put new seals on and the door now seems to be operating properly. Thank you for sending the right guy out. Called Saturday with a request for service on my garage door opener and got an appointment for Sunday!! The rep called Sunday to say he would be a few minutes early even! Instead of repairing my 21 year old opener, we went with a whole new unit. He did the install right then and was done in about an hour - including answering all my questions about the unit and programming. Price was a bit higher than the box stores but Lowe's for example has appointments two weeks out at best and have to make two trips - one to assess and then back to install. Keith from Precision was here within 24 hours of me calling and on a Sunday. He had a couple of units to choose from in his truck inventory and even took my old broken one with him. I have added Precision to my contacts as they will be my only go to now.

Someone came out earlier to fix my garage door, he reccomend that we replace the doors due to age and wear and tear, he was nice and professional so I said I'll get my garage door repaired by this company.
