The young man who came to assist me was very nice. He did exactly what I needed to have done (change my access codes), and volunteered to double check everything else while he was here. I was surprised that instead of the $79 quote that Chelsey had said when I called, it cost $110. I thought that was a little expensive for 10 minutes work. Please remove Dick Mueller‘s name from your file as I told you when I called he has passed away. None of the choices in the service performed applied, so I just picked one.

Technician was great, on time and professional. The part replaced was known to be a defective part. The part was under warranty, but labor was not. Seems like labor should be covered since the part was defective.

Garage door repair went well. The man only came in the garage. I was surprised that there was an additional charge to tighten 2 screws and lubricate the door. But the peace of mind was worth it.

Service was prompt, Technician Patrick had good presentation he gave options of repair cost along with explanation of needed repairs, There was an issue with the service charge But was quickly resolved after a phone call to customer service, one concern is a walk thru after work completed should take place to avoid any customer questions and clarity of work preformed and charges. Which also avoids another service call . Charges for service a little pricey to reuse old parts. Overall I would use again because of the companies effort to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your service man could not have been nicer. However he did forget to put the outdoor keypad on for me. My husband came home from work and paid him so I did not have a chance to look at it before he left. Everything about the installation was fine.

Great service from the installer Patrick. On time and was really fast installing a door opener. I give him 5 stars. The one downside was the lack of options in products on hand. I was told by dispatch that I could only choose from what is on truck that day. I would have liked the option to pick from any of the listed openers on the site. I would recommend Precision and will likely be using them again.

The technician showed up with the wrong doors and had to go back to the office to get the right ones, so he got a late start. Once he started working, he did a great job. We are happy with the doors and openers so far.

I really like the look of the new garage doors, the keyless entry, the on-off lights, etc. There was a delay in set-up due to the company mis-measuring during trip #1. The doors are not noise-less by any means BUT much less noise than the doors that were replaced. Overall, I am satisfied!

I was able to get a service tech out only an hour or so after I called to schedule my repair. The service tech was very clear about pricing up front and gave me several options to choose from with little pressure. He completed the job quickly to my satisfaction. Overall very pleased with the service. Replacing these door springs is VERY dangerous and something no one should DIY. Leave it to these guys.

The answering service gave me 'ballpark' quotes and discounts. When I spoke with the tech about prices he informed me the prices were way off. (Hence the 4 stars)He apologized for the misunderstanding/misinformation and explained the actual 'walk out the door' cost to repair my garage door. After inspecting everything, he said I didn't need a new opener or door. What I needed was a big spring and something to secure the rod. He saved me a lot of money and did a good job!

Your employees were prompt and professional. I thought they did an excellent job. However, I thought your prices were extremely high. Paid $745 to get just the door fixed which seemed excessive. Of course, I felt stuck agreeing to price because I had to get to work. Don't know if I would recommend your company because I felt I overpaid.
