We are very pleased with the quick reponse of our appointment, the day after I called! The Service Technition called us saying that he could be there earlier than appointment! WOW! Mr. Will Mulholland was very polite, courteous and expedient in his work. He looked at our garage door and told us the issue and had all of the parts on his van to repair it. Very fair price! We will definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends.

We have always had a great experience with Precision! We flip houses & recently called them for a house we were needing to get on the market right away and they came out the next day & installed 2 new openers and everything with it. The tech, Dejuan, was very professional, walked us through all the options & got everything installed in a timely manner. We also appreciate the great customer service we get when we call the office. We will continue to use them!

Dejuan was my service pro on 7/13/24. He was professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and made recommendations for service. Once we agreed as to which services were to be performed, he was quick to complete the job. The payment process was hassle free. Upon inspection, my garage door opened and closed much smoother than two years ago, when we first moved in. This is my first time using this company, but will not be the last.

Dejuan was friendly and knowledge. He explained the inspection and repairs done. He made recommendations for future to relieve stress on the door and opener. Repairing the door was stressing us out and Dejuan made the repair quickly! Stress free ????????? As far as their rates go, any home repair is pricey, it was still reasonable. How can you price relieving stress though!? Thank you so much for your help and an expeditious repair!

Have had work done previously with your company. Liked the fact that you have same day service, service person gave the option to repair old opener or purchase a new one opted to purchase new. Brett was willing to explain and show how to use new equipment. He was very polite.
