My first experience with Precision. Was impressed with the quality and information provided on the website. Received a text from the tech Ryan Fisher the following morning & he arrived right on time. He was clearly well trained & professional and answered any questions I had. Installation was a perfect fit and the belt driven LiftMaster was a welcome replacement for my ancient Stanley chain drive. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Our spring broke at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. I found Precision’s website and booked an appointment for the next morning. Brady Decker was at my house at 8am, replaced the springs, provided lubrication and made sure all was in working order. He was very personable and a pleasure to deal with. It wasn’t an inexpensive repair but I feel that we got our money’s worth.

Yesterday my garage door wouldn't close all the way and the light started flashing with an error code indicating something wrong with the cable. The door was maybe 8 inches from the floor and looked crooked. I called Precision and they set me up for an appointment with a technician the next morning!! How great was that!! Ryan called when he was on his way and was here by 8:30 am . He needed to reset the garage door, a total of 30 min and he was wonderful! Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. My only complaint was the cost. No parts needed, just resetting and it was $340.00.

Precision Garage Door was great to work with. I called them in the evening and their technician Brett Warfel was at my house at 8:00 am. the next morning. Brett analyzed my issues, also checked my second garrage door and found issues with that. He quoted me an exact figure and fixed everything. He did a great job. Brett was professional and a very nice person. I enjoyed talking hockey with him and watching him work. He made sure everything was cleaned up before he left.
