Scheduling online was simple and quick, and I was able to get the appointment time that I was looking for. My service technician Brady Decker called and asked if he could come earlier than my initial appointment which was ok. He was friendly and very professional. Before any maintenance was performed, he gave me the cost ahead of anything that was to be done, and the work did not take long.

MY technician was prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He patiently explained the problem with my garage door-opener and discussed my options to repair it or replace it. I like the fact that he didn't just try to sell me a new opener as soon as he walked into the garage like the other guy who pronounced my opener "dead" (my word choice) before inspecting it. I decided to purchase a new belt driven garage door opener with the built-in camera and LED light after he explained the promotional savings compared to a non-camera unit. The motor is impressively quiet making it hard for us to tell when another family member has made it home. One note: if you want to save and view video footage from camera later, you will have to buy a subscription to My-Q. I think they have 2 or 3 different plans to choose from.

Mr. John Lane knew exactly what the problem was, he gave a complete inspection to check for other issues, gave me a fair estimate, got right to work and taught me how to better maintain my garage door during the repair process. Shawn did an excellent job in repairing my garage door. He arrive at the scheduled time, easily diagnosed the fix and did it. Additionally, he replaced the the seal on the bottom of the door. He was friendly, very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I'm hoping I have no future problems but if I do, I'll call Precision first.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Precision Garage Door Service. My garage door spring broke on a Saturday afternoon; I reached out to Precision by their online service and an appointment was scheduled for the next day...on a Sunday! Chris arrived on time, explained the entire process and what needed to be done and the cost before he began. My garage doors now function better and are quieter than they did when first installed! I don't say this very often, but this company exceeded my expectations! Would recommend very highly!

Within 2hrs of contacting Precision Door about having someone to come to our house to evaluate our non-functioning garage door and the possibility of having a new garage door installed, Jason showed up on time. The receptionist I spoke to worked with me to give a appointment time that worked with my schedule and Jason was outstanding in accessing the problem and working with us to get the garage door open so my wife could get her car out plus he took the time to answer our questions and to offer his professional opinion when we asked.
