We had an after-business hours emergency where our garage door would not close. I didn't want it to be open all night, so I did a search and came across Precision Garage Door. Christine answered the phone even though it was after 530pm, and she was able to schedule a technician to come out within about an hour. Mario Gonzalez arrived, assessed the issue, and was able to quicky complete the work. He inspected the overall system, not just the main problem, also gave me some pointers on how to prevent further issues. Overall, awesome experience from the call to the work getting completed. Very grateful they were able to come out and fix the problem so our garage door would not be open all night. I highly recommend them for any work in the future!

Your service technician Dejuan Harris was fantastic! Our family was fortunate to have Dejuan provide excellent service a year or 2 ago, and he did not disappoint today. Will M. After calling arrived early and diagnosed my problem. My opener was app. 25 years old and needed replaced. Will gave me an estimate which I agreed to. He had everything with him to do the replacement. Will is a very good tech, polite and did all of the clean up. I am very satisfied with the job. The lever system of our garage door came unbolted from the wall. I called and was able to get service right away. Service Technician Will Mulholland came to our home and found the issue immediately and went to work to make it functional and better than before. In all of my life and decades of home ownership, I have never had a better interaction with a service technician for anything. He was extremely courteous, professional, kind and concerned about our issue, and did an amazing job. I would recommend your business to anyone who needs it - and if they are lucky, they will have Mr. Mulholland to help as I did. I can't say enough about your fine technician. Wonderful experience.

My garage door spring broke on Sunday. I could not get out of the garage and needed to today. Other companies were not open and I called Precision, who was open and available to respond on Sunday. I asked if they charged extra for Sunday -no they don’t. Matt came out within 2 hours and did a great job replacing the spring and bearings. He adjusted the door, wheels and even the opener.
