Since my garage door was installed in March of last year, I thought that my service call would have been covered under the warranty. The bracket which was installed then lost a bolt over the weekend. The weakness in the installation was unfortunately 2 months after the year warranty on the labor. How can you warrant the door for 10 years but not the bracket? Your man was courteous, efficient, and friendly. I had no problem with his work or professionalism. I hope the bracket stays up there this time.

Needed help reprogramming our entire automatic garage door system after a power outage. Every component needed to be reset( sensors, overhead device, all remotes, and both wall pads). Easy to schedule appointment. Technician showed promptly within the time window chosen, repair was made quickly, and recommendations for future outage preparedness were made. Superior service from start to finish.

Our spring broke at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. I found Precision’s website and booked an appointment for the next morning. Brady Decker was at my house at 8am, replaced the springs, provided lubrication and made sure all was in working order. He was very personable and a pleasure to deal with. It wasn’t an inexpensive repair but I feel that we got our money’s worth.

Had " spring" break in Saturday late aft. Called and they set uo for Sunday morning to come out. Glen(tech) was great. Friendly polite, and professional. Had job completed in short time, all in great working order. I have used Precision Door twice in the past 4 months. First to replace my garage door opener, which Ryan did quickly and professionally. He indicated my springs were getting weak and I might want to consider changing them soon. Well yesterday my door was struggling to open and I knew who to call. I called about 10:30 or so Monday morning and Mary and Kathy were very helpful in getting my service scheduled. Matt was here at 12:00 to check it out. He gave a couple of options and then replaced the springs, bearings and rollers in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend them for your garage door needs!!

Yesterday my garage door wouldn't close all the way and the light started flashing with an error code indicating something wrong with the cable. The door was maybe 8 inches from the floor and looked crooked. I called Precision and they set me up for an appointment with a technician the next morning!! How great was that!! Ryan called when he was on his way and was here by 8:30 am . He needed to reset the garage door, a total of 30 min and he was wonderful! Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. My only complaint was the cost. No parts needed, just resetting and it was $340.00.

Brett installed two replacement garage door openers on 02/13. He did all the things your website said he would do; on time, knowledgeable, very professional, and did everything required to get our openers and doors in top shape. We talked through how the new openers worked so when finished I had a full understanding of operations. When complete, he cleaned up the worksite. Just an outstanding job.

Technician was here within a couple hours as promised and called when he was on his way as promised. Problem fixed within 15 minutes. Technician was professional and polite.
