Brett arrived on time. He was courteous and took the time to thoroughly explain why our 19 year old Lift Master garage opener needed to be replaced. He offered us 3 different replacement options. We chose to get another Lift Master. In addition he inspected the springs, the rollers, and brackets on our garage door. He completed the work in less than 1.5 hours.

I am absolutely amazed at the quick job Brady did. He added a brace to better support the door, changed out the wheels, PM'ed it, fixed the external access panel, and got me a additional remote control for my uncles truck all within a couple of hours. Also, key, replaced the rubber bottom on the door that seriously leaked snow into the garage during the winter! I would sure recommend these folks! Thanks for a great job, Dennis

on Nov 8, your firm came out and replaced my springs, one was broken. He showed me some things that needed attention and since I had just bought the house, I told him to do hos complete rebuild "deal". I paid $1,160 for all the repairs. Once he got finished, even with the new spring and all new hinges, etc, the door still jerked when opening. the technician said that is normal, which I disagreed with. over the next few weks, I tried all kinds of things to no avail. I called back and you all sent the same technician back again. He looked at all the moving points and then told me again , that's the way doors operate. In frustration, I called yesterday and asked for someone with more experience to come look. Joel Rife came out this morning and immediately identified the problem. The side and top seals were very sticky so he took them off, cleaned the surfaces then put new seals on and the door now seems to be operating properly. Thank you for sending the right guy out. Had no objections whatsoever with working on Sunday. Have a new door ordered from Precision. Should be installed soon. I’m sure I’ll get a professional job from Precision.

Since my garage door was installed in March of last year, I thought that my service call would have been covered under the warranty. The bracket which was installed then lost a bolt over the weekend. The weakness in the installation was unfortunately 2 months after the year warranty on the labor. How can you warrant the door for 10 years but not the bracket? Your man was courteous, efficient, and friendly. I had no problem with his work or professionalism. I hope the bracket stays up there this time.

A quick google search lead me to Precision Garage Door. The like that says garage doors don’t break during normal business hours had me look into them more. Great rating with BBB and no extra charge for Saturday service call so I made an appointment. So glad we did. Brady was our technician. I liked the text introduction. He called when he was on his way. Complete inspection and expert consultation. Took his recommendation for repair and replacement of opener. That would normally be enough for a great review but Brady went above and beyond. I have a very curious 4 year old daughter and Brady was so kind and thoughtful in his interaction with her answering her questions. It felt like we had an old friend over rather than someone we just met. I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Since the repairs though we may not have the need for services for a long time but I will definitely recommend Precision Garage Doors to my friends, family and clients.
