Great service! Tech (Will) arrived in less than 2 hours after my call and he resolved my problem right away. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I had Precision install a new opener about 10 years ago, and that was a great experience too. I highly recommend.

Brett came out and fixed our garage door, which was off track and crooked. He explained everything and completed the job, with some extras, all included in the estimate. Brett was professional and courteous. Will definitely use Precision in the future.

I have used Precision Door twice in the past 4 months. First to replace my garage door opener, which Ryan did quickly and professionally. He indicated my springs were getting weak and I might want to consider changing them soon. Well yesterday my door was struggling to open and I knew who to call. I called about 10:30 or so Monday morning and Mary and Kathy were very helpful in getting my service scheduled. Matt was here at 12:00 to check it out. He gave a couple of options and then replaced the springs, bearings and rollers in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend them for your garage door needs!!

Yesterday my garage door wouldn't close all the way and the light started flashing with an error code indicating something wrong with the cable. The door was maybe 8 inches from the floor and looked crooked. I called Precision and they set me up for an appointment with a technician the next morning!! How great was that!! Ryan called when he was on his way and was here by 8:30 am . He needed to reset the garage door, a total of 30 min and he was wonderful! Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. My only complaint was the cost. No parts needed, just resetting and it was $340.00.

Had a garage door incident this am, and my Garage door was quite damaged and we could not get the car out. I called and was told a tech could be there very quickly within 2 hours, he showed up in 45min. He cleared the old door out of the way and ordered and scheduled a new door install in less than 45 min. Luckily the door is in stock and is set for installation tomorrow. Could not be happier with the service and Speed. You may have different results, but this is my second garage door with these folks and the service and speed have always been there. I feel confident telling you this is a good company to have fix your door.
