I think you were the 3rd company I called and the only one that offered 1-day service. Your receptionist said you had a technician in the Belleville area and he could get to me in a very short time. II agreed to the termss cite4d and he appeared within an hour. In less than 2 hours he had replaced a broken spring, 2 cables, did a test run, lubed the system and asked me if I had aany questions. I don't remember his name (Ryan?) be he was very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, & professional. I have filed this invoice in my "who-to-call-" file. Rest assured it will be used wheneven I need your companines services again. On think more. It would be beneficial th old guys like me whose memory is as it used to be , to enclude your technician's name on the invoice. thank you.

My garage door was hit by a car. It barely came down. I contacted Precision the night it happened via chat. I was advised of what route I should take and was able to make an appointment for the next morning. The technician arrived on time, was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He accessed/resolved my problem in very little time. I am so pleased with the entire experience.

Great service! I had a broken spring and had it replaced. A co-worker recommended Precision to me and I am glad he gave me the contact info. When technician, Joel, arrived he was very professional, courteous, fast and pleasant to talk with. Very knowledgeable in answering questions I had as well as helpful in providing tips and safety issues. Definitely would recommend Precision to others. Thank you.

I have used Precision Door multiple times for different properties. Service on all occasions was great. I don’t typically do reviews but Will Mullholland exceeded my expectations in service. You rarely get good customer service these days, but he was exceptional. He went over everything with you, explained where the parts failed, and provided information on maintenance tips. I appreciate the hands on approach and quality work.
