Brett was my service/installation tech. He actually arrived about 10 minutes early and reviewed everything with me. Once I agreed, I left him alone and he performed his magic, removing the old opener and installing the new one in just over an hour (would have taken me all day!). He repaired/ installed new garage door parts and a new opener. Dejuan was very knowledgeable, respectful, and an all-around good guy. I randomly picked Precision based on their BBB rating on the website and I’m so glad I did! The service representative (Andrew) that came out to fix my garage door was so great! He was very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated that he took the time to educate me on how the garage door is supposed to work and he did so in a very respectful, non-condescending manner. I appreciated his respect and this also helped me to make a more educated decision on which repairs I chose to complete. Additionally, it was very easy to get an appointment. I called in the afternoon and they sent someone out at 8am the next day! I highly recommend this company for garage repairs!
