My garage door spring broke on Sunday. I could not get out of the garage and needed to today. Other companies were not open and I called Precision, who was open and available to respond on Sunday. I asked if they charged extra for Sunday -no they don’t. Matt came out within 2 hours and did a great job replacing the spring and bearings. He adjusted the door, wheels and even the opener. I was totally impressed with the overall service I received. Thanks Precision Garage!

My call was answered promptly and I was given a window of about 2 hours. The repairman arrived in about an hour from the time I called. He even called to let me know that he was on his way. I received an email with his name and picture, so I knew who to expect. The repairman (Brady) was very friendly and professional. He gave me an exact quote for the job before he started work. Needed help reprogramming our entire automatic garage door system after a power outage. Every component needed to be reset( sensors, overhead device, all remotes, and both wall pads). Easy to schedule appointment. Technician showed promptly within the time window chosen, repair was made quickly, and recommendations for future outage preparedness were made. Had " spring" break in Saturday late aft. Called and they set uo for Sunday morning to come out. Glen(tech) was great. Friendly polite, and professional. Had job completed in short time, all in great working order. I have used Precision Door twice in the past 4 months. First to replace my garage door opener, which Ryan did quickly and professionally. He indicated my springs were getting weak and I might want to consider changing them soon. Well yesterday my door was struggling to open and I knew who to call. I called about 10:30 or so Monday morning and Mary and Kathy were very helpful in getting my service scheduled. Matt was here at 12:00 to check it out. He gave a couple of options and then replaced the springs, bearings and rollers in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend them for your garage door needs!!

I had a 1 1/2 horse power chamberlain with 2 100 watt bulbs and a motion sensor that turned on the lights in the garage with movement and also a battery backup and a liftmaster sensor in our bedroom to let us know if the door was open or closed. The guy said 550.00 to replace gear with no guarantee something else isn't wrong or 680.00 to replace. I mistakenly said go ahead and replace . I walk out later and see his idea of replace was a 160.00 1/2 horse power opener with a 60 watt bulb no battery backup and no motion sensor. We are both 70 years old. I don't remember the last time I felt so bad and taken advantage of. You don't want me posting a rewiew.
