What a easy great experience. You sent over Dejuan Harris and he had a new employee with him. Both these guys were polite and easy to work with. They were able to solve my issues quickly and get both my doors working again properly. I have 2 different garage doors, one is very old and is extremely old. They were able to get both units up and running. It is great to see two intelligent hard working polite working who want to do the right thing to help a customer in need.

Rating based on our technician John...he's 6 stars & awesome...honest, thorough & polite! I did not know from my original call, about a labor charge in addition to the cost of unit & service charge...this was quite deceiving as I asked about total cost and labor charge was NOT mentioned. Though on the plus, they came out (& completed) job the same afternoon I called.

Brett Warfel did a great job repairing my garage door. He was both thorough and efficient. He did a very good job explaining what was wrong and the options available for fixing it. He also did a great job cleaning up after he was finished with the repairs. I would definitely use Precision again.

Precision Door Service was prompt! I appreciated the e-mail that showed the tech who would be coming, and Chris was respectful, thorough, and helpful as I had to make a decision on the type of service to choose.I also appreciated the uniform for neatness. My daughter used your company about 6 weeks ago and was very impressed. I was dealing with another Overhead Door Company that left me uneasy and decided to switch. I will be in the market in the next 3 years to totally replace my door and opener and will call Precision Door Service. Thank you!
