Mindy, who took my call on a Saturday night, was pleasant and spoke clearly and informatively. She was able to offer a repair appointment for the next day, Sunday, at 10:00 AM. Glen Lemp, the servicing technician, arrived on time and quickly presented several options. He then proceeded to professionally replace the broken spring and its mated, tested the spring operation using the door opener, and lubricated all the hinges. Installation time was about 45 minutes. Excellent, professional, cordial service.

Your technician, Dejuan, was excellent. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough. My garage doors now go up and down smoothly and quietly, and I believe they’ll stay that way for quite some time. Also, I appreciated the new rollers Dejuan recommended installing. The job wasn’t cheap, but you get what you pay for, and Dejuan did a quality job.
