My first experience with Precision. Was impressed with the quality and information provided on the website. The many reviews with the nice touch of sorting by locations helped me to choose this company. Very easy and fast to set up the installation of a new garage door opener. Received a text from the tech Ryan Fisher the following morning & he arrived right on time. He was clearly well trained & professional and answered any questions I had. Installation was a perfect fit and the belt driven LiftMaster was a welcome replacement for my ancient Stanley chain drive. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Brett Warfel was an excellent installer. He was polite, informative and carefully explained all aspects of the repair and installation as well as costs and instructions for use of the new opener. We had dealt with Precision years ago and in between with a couple of others. Knew what I wanted done and answers to some questions that I had. Your tech Will was just the thing , tho he says he not a people person he was great . Answered any question and didn’t mind me hanging around watching which is what I do with anyone coming to my house and doing something for me. Took care of the problem in a timely and professional manner. Also had a connection with Will involving Kendrick’s meat market. Any future work or possible new doors we will be in contact.

We were very pleased with your company's courtesy and quick response to our problem. Our garage door would not open due to a broken torsion spring. From the person who answered our call, Kayleigh?, to the Technician, Glen Lemp, your personnel were eager to help and provided quick estimates and excellent service. Glen advised that we would probably soon need new bearings, so we purchased those also. He clearly explained that fatigue had caused the spring to break after so much use for over 13 years. He finished the replacement quickly and cleaned up the site. We will definitely recommend your company to others!

Service was great. I called at 10:15 AM and could have had someone there in the 12:00-2:00 window, though I chose a later time slot that day. Technician contacted me about 50 minutes before appointment time and asked if it was okay that he could be there 30 minutes early. Matt arrived, I told him what the problem was (bracket connecting to the opener was broken off), he inspected everything on both garage doors, fixed the issue, tightened all bolts and oiled all wheels on both doors, and even asked if I wanted the door to open more and adjusted that trigger. Great service - will definitely call them if I ever need garage door service again!

Extremely pleased with the service provided by the whole Precision team, but especially Matt. I really like the texting updates about his arrival time. He was prompt and efficient. Didn’t take long at all to get my opener installed. He even swept up after himself and left the area clean and tidy. I especially liked that he patiently worked with me to get the Genie app working just right ! It took a while but we get it done ! This is my second time using Precision, and highly recommend them to everyone.
