Chose Precision on referral from neighbor. Technician Chris Loftus was very personable and thoroughly knowledgeable. Had issue resolved in very short order. Had no objections whatsoever with working on Sunday. Have a new door ordered from Precision. Should be installed soon. I’m sure I’ll get a professional job from Precision.

Jonathan arrived early and did a complete assessment. He showed me three options for repair. He was very clear as he explained the possibilities with pros and cons. The work was done so much more quickly than I expected considering all that he needed to do. When he finished the job, he even cleaned up after himself. My garage door works perfectly and has never sounded so smooth.

Came fast and the tech was great. Had I had any idea how expensive you were I would have called a different company and waited. By all measures, parts would be under $200 and he was here less than 45 min. $700 plus tax was a gouge.
