While I was out of state I got a call and picture from my son to show me what happened when he closed my garage door. Luckily I had a Precision sticker on the door from their last service call a few years ago and was able to call to arrange an appointment for today. Will came out to see what he could do to get things working again. Super nice young man; he was polite, friendly and respectful of me and my property (plus my cat loved him)! Will explained the steps necessary to get my door working again and warned of the possibility of the motor also having a problem that we wouldn't know about till he got the gaping hole repaired (fortunately it worked just fine). He swept up debris that had fallen to the garage floor and walked me through the steps of lubricating the rollers, springs, etc. This is the second time I've called on Precision and have been 100% pleased each time. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t believe how fast and easy it was to schedule an appointment. They showed up exactly at the scheduled time and completed the work in less than 90 minutes. Matt was my repair guy and he was fantastic. I would definitely recommend him and Precision.

Excellent service from the first phone call through the technician, completing the job! Everyone was super friendly. The technician, Will, was very thorough and explained everything that he did, and what we needed to do to maintain a proper working garage door. I hope we don’t have to call for repairs anytime soon but when we need garage door service, we will definitely be calling Precision!

Precision did a great job!! My garage door spring broke at 7 pm on a Wednesday. Precision has later evening hours so someone was able to talk with me and schedule an appointment the NEXT morning at 8 am!!! The technician, Matt B., arrived before 8am and replaced my door springs. For preventative maintenance, I had Matt replace the springs on my other garage door, they were getting weak and wore. All done by 10 am!! Thanks Precision and Matt B!!!!

My garage door has been making this awfully loud squeak for a few months and finally I decided to get it look at. I booked Precision based on reviews and I'm glad I did. Matt Brewer, the technician, was extremely courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and had our best interest in mind. He knew what the problem was immediately and even addressed some safety concerns we had no idea about. My garage door finally sounds normal again! I will absolutely use Precision in the future shall I need them.
