I felt like my older chain-drive opener needed a tube up and decided to contact Precision Door as the company had replaced a spring a few years ago. I was already considering a new opener. The technician Brady explained the differences between chain driven and belt driven and offered 3 options with no pressure. All my questions were answered and he was done in an hour. Highly recommend this company.

Our garage door broke at 11:30. I called about 10 minutes later and had an appointment for a 2 hour window. Brady was our Technician and was very friendly and clearly explained what the issue was. Everything was finished and paid for by 3:30. Incredibly happy with the work that was done. Will be my first call if I ever come across another issue with my garage door.

The technician Ryan explained all of the options to me, including cost for replacing the system which we will consider. I was pleasantly surprised that you could get a technician out the next day as well. I was fortunate enough to get Glen as my technician. I understand a lot of people write these reviews simply because their technician asked them to however this was not the case. Glen showed up quickly, acted professionally and we had a couple laughs together. He went above and beyond to not only make sure my garage door was safe but was also operating smoothly and efficiently. I sincerely appreciated glens attitude, his professionalism and his friendly nature. If I ever need service on my garage door again I can only hope he’s the technician I get. Precision garage door obviously makes a habit out of hiring quality employees and glen is absolutely a great example of that. Call these guys when you need help, they won’t disappoint you.

My garage door refused to close so I called Precision and made an appointment for the same day on line. They sent a picture of the service person with some personal info named Glen and he showed up on time, diagnosed the issue and presented options to fix or replace. I chose to replace and in a little over an hour it was in and operational. Excellent service
