The whole experience with Precision Garage Door of St. Louis was excellent. The call to schedule was professional. They were able to send someone out within a couple of hours, on a Sunday!! The technician who came to service the call, Matt B., was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the whole process and I think I learnt a few things about garage doors from him. Great guy!

After struggling for hours, without success in installing a remote control pad for our garage opener, we set an appointment with Precision on a cold, snowy Saturday evening. The enquiry phone contact with the company was simple, clear, with information texted later about the technician, the estimated cost, and the ETA. We received a prompt appointment confirmation, identification information about Brady D., the technician, who phoned to give his schedule. He arrived on time, listened patiently to our description of the problem, and began work right away. In a few minutes, he had repaired the opener and tested it. Brady was clearly skilled and responsive. We were relieved and satisfied with the repairs. Based on this experience, we highly recommend Precision Garage Door to others who seek a competent, efficient service person.

Excellent service! Our garage door spring broke yesterday morning. I called and tech was at our house by 1:00 pm that day. He replaced the springs and the operator system (which we knew was ready to go out). The system is so smooth and quiet now. We are very satisfied.

Brett and Keith did an excellent job re-connecting a WiFi opener system after the WiFi router was changed out. They worked through the process with 2 openers and re-established remote access. Very nice guys to work with - both professional and courteous. (This was a 2-garage door system that Brett originally installed.)

Way overcharged....the only problem was one broken spring...was sold things I didn't need and not given the option to say no to them. I had to have to spring fixed which I couldn't do myself so I had to shell out the money $1100.
