Brett and Keith did an excellent job re-connecting a WiFi opener system after the WiFi router was changed out. They worked through the process with 2 openers and re-established remote access. Very nice guys to work with - both professional and courteous. (This was a 2-garage door system that Brett originally installed.)

Outstanding customer service! The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. He also gave me options after reviewing my garage door. I contacted them after a cable broke not allowing us to close the door. We contacted them and they had someone out in a couple hours. I told him about another issue we had with the door not wanting to close infrequently and he was able to fix that problem as well. He gave me some long term maintenance tips and advised me to not use LED lights in the opener. Nobody wants to pay for these repairs but this experience eased the pain.

Our garage door wasn’t shutting correctly- I called and was able to get an appointment the same day. Dejuan came to our house and was awesome. He determined the problem and was able to replace the part within the hour. He was very professional and left the garage cleaner than before he got started. Great job
