In 2020 I had Precision instsall a new 16 foot garage door. Due to the quality of their work then, when I was having trouble recently with my nearly 25 year old opener, I turned to them again. The assigned service technician (Chris Loftus) was punctual, courteous and quickly diagnosed my problem. He presented me with three detailed options and had my new opener installed in less than one hour. A serious baseball fan, he was FANTASTIC!.

Repairing the door was stressing us out and Dejuan made the repair quickly! Stress free ????????? As far as their rates go, any home repair is pricey, it was still reasonable. Precision and Will made my life easy today. Tried to leave for work and the garage door wouldn’t open. I called Precision around 8:45 am and they said they could have someone out between 10 am and noon. I was immediately impressed, but Will was actually able to get there by 9:30 and quickly identified the issue. He presented my options for new equipment and didn’t pressure me to buy the most expensive option which I really appreciated. Will was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He had my garage door up and running in a little over an hour which was amazing. The same day service was excellent and so was Will. I will absolutely be recommending Precision to anyone who has garage door needs!
