Way overcharged....the only problem was one broken spring...was sold things I didn't need and not given the option to say no to them. I had to have to spring fixed which I couldn't do myself so I had to shell out the money $1100.

I was having problems with door opening and closing all the way. Made an appointment online easily. Precision sends a text ahead of appointment with name and picture of technician. Nowadays I feel this is important for everyone's safety. My technician Brady was prompt informative and friendly. Nate the other technician was also. They replaced a split bracket and reattached/reinforced the main bracket that holds the tension spring rod to the wall. Rollers were also replaced. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone. Thanks again.

The whole experience with Precision Garage Door of St. Louis was excellent. The call to schedule was professional. They were able to send someone out within a couple of hours, on a Sunday!! After struggling for hours, without success in installing a remote control pad for our garage opener, we set an appointment with Precision on a cold, snowy Saturday evening. Didn’t take long at all to get my opener installed. He even swept up after himself and left the area clean and tidy. Excellent service! Our garage door spring broke yesterday morning. I called and tech was at our house by 1:00 pm that day. He replaced the springs and the operator system (which we knew was ready to go out). The system is so smooth and quiet now. We are very satisfied.
