Had an issue with sticking when opening. From the initial phone call through completion of service, I was super happy. Matthew B was our technician and killed it. There isn't much to separate some service companies these days other than just that...service. This one excels. If an emergency garage door repair experience can even go well, this one was as great as I guess it can get.Brett, the service tech, was here on time and took the extra time to explain every single issue with me, and offered a few different solutions. This, all after a safety check of the equipment. Pricing was detailed and discussed prior to any work being done, and Brett explained each step. The work was completed, and once again he walked me through everything providing me with confidence that the job was complete and done properly. All companies need a representative like him. Every service company could learn something from the way this one operates.

I had used Precision Overhead Door service in the past for a broken door spring on a Sunday and they repaired the spring same day. I thought that was going above and beyond service because they came out on a Sunday and fixed my problem. Today my garage door opener failed at around 1:00pm. I called Precision and the person who answered the phone was great. She said the technician would be out between 4-6pm. With in a half hour I received a call from the technician Jon Hand and he said he could be at my house by 2:00pm. if that was ok with me. Jon and his partner Nate were here at 2 and diagnosed my problem. My unit was 20 years old Jon gave me a couple options to consider and I chose to have a new LiftMaster opener installed. Jon and Nate worked well together and had it installed and everything cleaned up by 3:10pm. Five Star plus service!!!
