Precision Door installed my garage door 10 years ago so of course I called them when my door broke. I was able to schedule service quickly. I received a text and then call that my service man, Brett, was on his way. The text included a picture and a little information about Brett, which I appreciated. Brett diagnosed the problem and gave me several options for different levels of fixing it. He was able fix the problem quickly and completely. He also explained everything afterwards so that I understood it all. Excellent service!!

What a. pleasant surprise in having someone show up on time and then installing two new motors at the same appt. Our technician was such a pleasant and knowledgable guy. He took care of everything and then some....pairing our cars with the built in openers that are such a pain to do by yourself. I cannot compliment Precision other than saying that 5 stars is not enough for your company. Thank you again for all your service and support afterward

Precision exceeded our expectations with their fast, friendly, capable service. As I wrote in a Google review, when our garage door wouldn't open last week due to a very shoddy "fix" by another garage repair company two years ago, I called Precision and they were able to be here the next day during the exact window when I wanted them to fix it. Their technician, Will, was outstanding! He was professional, fast, and friendly. I can't say enough great things about Will and Precision. Precision will absolutely be my first call the next time I need anything done with my garage. Highly recommend!

I called and needed someone the same day as I was leaving town the next morning. Within one hour of calling the service technician was at my home. Brent Gregory explained what the problem was and how he could fix it and what the cost would be. Very efficient! Within 30 minutest he fixed my replacing the spring and working great. I am so impressed that basically in less than 2 hours from my call Brent was here and my door repaired. Highly recommend, and ask for Brent!
