We called Precision because there was a Precision sticker on our 25-year-old opener we were looking to replace. Mario was great! Quick and clean, he had an immediate recommendation on which unit we needed based on our requirements. We also discovered that our springs were significantly undersized and had to replace those as well. The cost was a bit more than I had hoped for, and we discussed options if we were willing to give up some features we were wanting. Ultimately, we went with Mario's original recommendation. I was slightly disappointed to find out later that Liftmaster MyQ doesn't easily integrate with Home Assistant, Alexa or Google Home without third party equipment and that MyQ requires a subscription for the most useful features, but that's no fault of Precision or Mario.

Matt was outstanding and such a pleasure to work with. He was able to replace both springs, Barings, Cables and rollers. Took the time to explain what he saw and his recommendations. Our garage door broke at 11:30. I called about 10 minutes later and had an appointment for a 2 hour window. Brady was our Technician and was very friendly and clearly explained what the issue was. Everything was finished and paid for by 3:30. Incredibly happy with the work that was done. Will be my first call if I ever come across another issue with my garage door.

Called for a broken spring and was able to get an appointment for the next day. Technician Brett Warfel arrived and was greeted by a challenging situation. We have a Corvette that was unable to be moved from the space where he would need to replace the spring. Brett was very professional, engaging, and respectful of our property. After discussion with my husband, he explained what work needed to be done, along with three options and costs. There was no pressure which option to pick and no complaining about the difficult working situation. Will definitely use Precision again and have told friends and neighbors what wonderful service.

Brett arrived on time. He was courteous and took the time to thoroughly explain why our 19 year old Lift Master garage opener needed to be replaced. He offered us 3 different replacement options. We chose to get another Lift Master. In addition he inspected the springs, the rollers, and brackets on our garage door. He completed the work in less than 1.5 hours.

I was able to have them come the next day even though it was a Saturday morning. Ryan explained what was wrong and how he could fix it and got it all done in under an hour. He also told me that I should use garage door oil on the hinges twice a year. I’d never even heard of it but it will improve the life of my door. Very reasonably priced and hopefully I won’t need them again for a long time but will call them first if I do!
