Brett was my service/installation tech. He actually arrived about 10 minutes early and reviewed everything with me. Once I agreed, I left him alone and he performed his magic, removing the old opener and installing the new one in just over an hour (would have taken me all day!). I recommend Precision, and if you can, ask for Brett!

Excellent business and staff. We were in need of fast service and I was able to call late in the day and get an appointment set up for the next morning. Brett came today to investigate the reason it was so cold in our garage these past bitter cold days. Seemed like a lot of air was coming in on one side of the garage door. He did a great job doing minor adjustments to the door. He explained everything he was going to do. I am confident this was successful. Precision installed the door in 2021. I had my garage door springs break last night. I called and they had someone out here at 8am this morning. The technician Brett was very friendly and professional. Brett Warfel and his assistant (trainee?) were awesome. Called on the way, showed up on time and explained the process completely and concisely. From there, they walked me through the estimate options of work that needed to be done, suggested additional work and more comprehensive additional options. Precision Door installed my garage door 10 years ago so of course I called them when my door broke. I was able to schedule service quickly. I received a text and then call that my service man, Brett, was on his way. The text included a picture and a little information about Brett, which I appreciated. Brett diagnosed the problem and gave me several options for different levels of fixing it. He was able fix the problem quickly and completely. He also explained everything afterwards so that I understood it all. Excellent service!!

The guys who came out did a wonderful job! Brett di d a good job explaining the issues and laying out the possible ways to fix the door. The online scheduler was great as well. Too often, I get a window that includes the entire day, whereas this was much more manageable.

Needed a new garage door opener. Brett came out, explained all the options and reviewed the existing door and opener. After some discussion of opener options selected a LiftMaster opener. The installation was done quickly and professionally. Brett reviewed all the new features and demonstrated key aspects of the opener. Job well done!
