on Nov 8, your firm came out and replaced my springs, one was broken. He showed me some things that needed attention and since I had just bought the house, I told him to do hos complete rebuild "deal". I paid $1,160 for all the repairs. Once he got finished, even with the new spring and all new hinges, etc, the door still jerked when opening. the technician said that is normal, which I disagreed with. over the next few weks, I tried all kinds of things to no avail. I called back and you all sent the same technician back again. He looked at all the moving points and then told me again , that's the way doors operate. In frustration, I called yesterday and asked for someone with more experience to come look. Joel Rife came out this morning and immediately identified the problem. The side and top seals were very sticky so he took them off, cleaned the surfaces then put new seals on and the door now seems to be operating properly. Thank you for sending the right guy out. His arrival was on time after he evaluated the door he explained in detail what was needed and the different options that were available to complete the job. Both the company and the technician (Glen L.) were very professional. It was easy to make an appointment online and they were able to come the same day. I’ve used Pecision in the past at my old house and only thought of them to use at my new house. As luck would have it, Will Mulholland worked at both locations. He was amazing both times. Had a garage door incident this am, and my Garage door was quite damaged and we could not get the car out. I called and was told a tech could be there very quickly within 2 hours, he showed up in 45min. He cleared the old door out of the way and ordered and scheduled a new door install in less than 45 min. Luckily the door is in stock and is set for installation tomorrow. Could not be happier with the service and Speed. You may have different results, but this is my second garage door with these folks and the service and speed have always been there. I feel confident telling you this is a good company to have fix your door.

I'm very grateful for the quick and courteous response when calling about our broken garage door spring. I called at 5pm on a Thursday and by 8am Friday, I had a technician at my home. Brett walked me through all of my options from a basic repair to a total replacement. He was courteous and thorough. I needed a new garage door opener installed and Precision made it so easy. I made my appt online and got a confirmation email right away. Before my appt, I got a call and a text from my installer Chris, with his picture and bio. He installed the opener, a few cracked hinges, and new rollers in 1.5 hours and then explained everything in great detail. The new opener is so quiet. I’m very happy with their service!
