We were very pleased with your company's courtesy and quick response to our problem. Our garage door would not open due to a broken torsion spring. From the person who answered our call, Kayleigh?, to the Technician, Glen Lemp, your personnel were eager to help and provided quick estimates and excellent service. Glen advised that we would probably soon need new bearings, so we purchased those also. He clearly explained that fatigue had caused the spring to break after so much use for over 13 years. He finished the replacement quickly and cleaned up the site. We will definitely recommend your company to others!

I am very skeptical of any service provided to me these days because of the more than usual episodes of bad service that I've experienced since the start of the Corona Virus more than three years ago. However, there have been a few very bright moments of excellent service, and the service I received by the Precision Garage Door technician (Brent Gregory) was one of those moments. He was straightforward, that is, honest and frank. He examined my very old and basically dilapidated garage door opener and told me what I already knew. I needed a new one. He gave me purchase options, clearly explained the options and put no pressure on me to buy one by throwing a lot of Bull**** my way. After I made my decision, he explained what came with the package and when he would install the opener and how long it would take. He arrived on time, installed the opener, gave me a demonstration of how things worked by walking me through the system operations, and answered any questions I had. He also made it clear that I could contact the company if I needed any further help. I have to give the technician and the service I received a five-star rating. Believe me, it's rare that I've given a company or a technician this high a rating!

Request for service: Door will not stay in the up position when operator disconnected from door. This was a replacement spring when the new door was installed (it worked OK). The operator wasn't functioning at all when your technician arrived. Once the spring was tensioned, all the quirks went away. It was as if the operator was confused and lost it's way. I did mess with adjustment, but that was several months prior. I installed the operator in 2002. I'm currently 70 years old with a bum leg and not inclined to work on a ladder adjusting springs. I'm pleased with the quick fix your technician provided. *****
