Had a spring break late on a Friday evening. Called Precision first thing Saturday morning and a technician was onsite by 12pm Saturday. Ryan was very knowledgeable and service was great!

I just moved in to my new home and needed the garage door serviced before I could start using it on a regular basis. I called around 8:00 a.m. on a Monday morning, and within an hour a repairman arrived. He assessed the problem and made the repair in a timely fashion. He was professional, courteous, and provided me with essential information on how to maintain the garage door in good working order. Precision is now my go-to for all my garage door needs.

Our keypad stopped opening our garage doors. I called to schedule an appointment, and 2 hours later John arrived, and within an hour, we had a new keypad installed and programmed! He is such a nice young man, and very knowledgeable!

Price quoted for spring repair over the phone did not match price quoted by repairman. You're prices seemed a bit steep for material and labor.

Hello Mr. Voss. Shawn came into the office and he mentioned this call. He came in to see if we had any #218 springs as he was out. Covid has stopped or slowed down all our orders for parts. The #218 springs is one of those items. It is the #218's that is needed to provide the price quoted "Springs start at $199".
