First time user. Very impressed with the service. Booked a Sunday afternoon appointment, Chris arrived ahead of schedule and had the issue resolved in less than a half hour. They don't charge extra for weekend which is quite rare! Very nice people to deal with.

I chose Precision because they were easy to reach on a Sunday, so I at least got the scheduling done. The technician came nearly an hour before the appointment window the next day, which meant I could get on with my day that much sooner. He explained the work that needed to be done thoroughly, explained the difference between the standard and extended warranty without pushing it, and got my garage door repaired within about an hour.
