Precision Door did a great job on my garage door. They responded quickly, and I had a new door installed the next day . My door was installed , and I needed to adjust and tweak the install. Will from Precision came out right away and made a few adjustments and the install was complete. I have been very satisfied that I picked the right company ! Thank you to everyone involved !

I called Thursday night with broken springs on a 15 year old chain drive system. Precision gave me a Friday window from 10:00am to 12:00.Technician Dejuan Harris showed up at my house 10:15 sharp. Dejuan was very professional explaining all my options. I chose to also replace the motor with a top of the line belt drive system. More expensive than I expected but piece of mind with a life time warranty. Love the LED lights. The installation was perfect! Thank you Dejuan! ????????

We just had our double garage doors serviced and upgraded with new motors from Precision Garage Door of St. Louis. Brett Warfel was the technician and did a superb job of explaining why we were having issues and the solutions. He was well prepared to handle the repairs and replacement of various parts right then and there. Excellent service! Called with a door travel problem and Brett was there within 2 hours to fix the problem. Just a loose wire caused by a possum but he found it, fixed it and did a quick PM. Really nice guy, would highly recommend.
