Precision Door did a great job on my garage door. They responded quickly, and I had a new door installed the next day . My door was installed , and I needed to adjust and tweak the install. I called Thursday night with broken springs on a 15 year old chain drive system. Precision gave me a Friday window from 10:00am to 12:00.Technician Dejuan Harris showed up at my house 10:15 sharp. Dejuan was very professional explaining all my options. I chose to also replace the motor with a top of the line belt drive system. More expensive than I expected but piece of mind with a life time warranty. Love the LED lights. The installation was perfect! Thank you Dejuan! ????????

Excellent service! Called with a door travel problem and Brett was there within 2 hours to fix the problem. Just a loose wire caused by a possum but he found it, fixed it and did a quick PM. Really nice guy, would highly recommend.
