Wow - stellar service! After waking up to a broken garage door spring, I called Precision; Ryan and Aaron were at my house by 11:30am (30 minutes before the scheduled appointment). Both were extremely professional, personable, and knowledgeable. They provided me options on how to resolve the issue and quickly took care of everything. Very impressed!

I knew of your co. as I had bought my garage doors from you 10 years ago. When my opener "bit the dust" and I hadn't had any experience dealing with anyone else in this business, I called you. I called at 8:00 a.m., and your technician was here at 9:45. My experience with Precision exceeded my expectations. First, appreciated the notification of estimated time of arrive. Secondly, Brett was professional, exceptionally courteous, and promptly finished the garage door repair and installation of new garage door opener before the estimated time! Garage door was possessed going up and down own it’s own. Precision sent Brett and we’re so impressed. He was very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Explained the problem(s) and recommended repairs without overselling. Precision is well-represented by the way he conducted himself and completed the repairs to fix our door. He made some additional adjustments to ensure the proper functioning of the opener and left the area clean. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service! Brent Gregory, their Service Technician, was prompt, friendly, and quickly found the problem. He gave a quote before starting on the work. The support for the track,chain and cable had detached from the stud. The cable had cut thru some of the parts. This was a dangerous situation. I am grateful he repaired every thing, and at a reasonable price.
