So far so good. The new garage door comes in about three weeks. It was very nice and professional for Jon to put the old garage door back on its tracks as I wait for the new garage door to be delivered and installed. Service was great. I called at 10:15 AM and could have had someone there in the 12:00-2:00 window, though I chose a later time slot that day. Technician contacted me about 50 minutes before appointment time and asked if it was okay that he could be there 30 minutes early. Matt arrived, I told him what the problem was (bracket connecting to the opener was broken off), he inspected everything on both garage doors, fixed the issue, tightened all bolts and oiled all wheels on both doors, and even asked if I wanted the door to open more and adjusted that trigger. Great service - will definitely call them if I ever need garage door service again!
