Chose Precision on referral from neighbor. Technician Chris Loftus was very personable and thoroughly knowledgeable. Had issue resolved in very short order. Had no objections whatsoever with working on Sunday. Have a new door ordered from Precision. Should be installed soon. I’m sure I’ll get a professional job from Precision.

Your company is a class act, and Dejuan Harris is a big part of that. Dejuan is a true professional--knowledgeable, skillful, efficient, courteous, respectful, personable, and kind. Precision installed my new door in 2021 and it was a great experience. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional technicians. I love my new door! I recently backed into my garage door not realizing it was in the down position. It was easy to schedule an appointment with no extra charge for a Saturday service call. Tech Jonathon Hand was punctual, and like his installation colleagues, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Very happy with performed repairs. Excellent service from the first phone call through the technician, completing the job! Everyone was super friendly. The technician, Will, was very thorough and explained everything that he did, and what we needed to do to maintain a proper working garage door. I hope we don’t have to call for repairs anytime soon but when we need garage door service, we will definitely be calling Precision!

I am impressed with the service you provided for me this morning. Will Mulholland was courteous, knowledgeable, and was here within 30 - 40 minutes of my call. He explained everything thoroughly and completed the work in a timely manner. He even handed me your sticker which other companys just attach automatically. I told him to just stick it over the one from Overhead Door Company. We have used Overhead Door for years, but no more. You can't beat the service from Precision Door. I will spread the word. I needed a repair on an inoperable garage door for one of our tenants. Called Precision at noon. Opener replaced, door tuned, operating perfectly by 2:30 same day. Glen did the repairs. Very professional, nice young man. Precision is now our go to company for any garage door issues.

Came fast and the tech was great. Had I had any idea how expensive you were I would have called a different company and waited. By all measures, parts would be under $200 and he was here less than 45 min. $700 plus tax was a gouge.
