I'm very grateful for the quick and courteous response when calling about our broken garage door spring. I called at 5pm on a Thursday and by 8am Friday, I had a technician at my home. Brett walked me through all of my options from a basic repair to a total replacement. He was courteous and thorough. Within two hours, the repair option we chose complete with new parts and warranty was completed. We are very happy with the results.

I would highly recommend Precision for your garage door problems. I called in the morning and they came out and had the problem fixed by early afternoon. We're in the middle of a full house makeover. Everything is scheduled to go except for the garage doors. Did research online for what is out there. Knew what we wanted and our budget is set. Called Precision Doors to set up appointment. With small children in the home, What really impressed me was I recieved a text message from the company with a picture of the technician coming to my home. Who does that? Above and beyond!! When our technician, Mike Davis arrived, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to our wants and needs. One thing I loved the most was , he was not a pushy salesman!! He did not bad mouth other companies (i hate that, adult version of bullying) . He concentrated on his products. I can not tell you how excited I am awaiting the installation!! Anyone out there looking to update your garage doors, this is your go to company! Did I mention we came in below budget!!

Called Precision because we saw them on Angie’s List. We had a broken spring and cable. Justin was very courteous and professional. He went over our repair options with us and was very efficient getting the job done. We were very happy with the results. Five stars for Justin.

Next day service was great for me, tech called 25 minutes before he arrived, he arrived right at the beginning of the 2 hour period when he was supposed to be here, gave me a quote, very reasonable I thought, and then proseaded to make repairs. I was very happy with Precision and Mike, my service technician. I will definitely recommend and use Precision in the future, thanks, Glenn

Both the company and the technician (Glen L.) were very professional. It was easy to make an appointment online and they were able to come the same day. I received a text message when they were on the way and the text also included a photo of the tech so I knew who to expect. Everything was explained in detail as to what work was recommended along with price quotes and the work was done that day. No waiting to make another appointment.
