Will M. After calling arrived early and diagnosed my problem. My opener was app. 25 years old and needed replaced. Will gave me an estimate which I agreed to. He had everything with him to do the replacement. Will is a very good tech, polite and did all of the clean up. I am very satisfied with the job. The lever system of our garage door came unbolted from the wall. I called and was able to get service right away. Service Technician Will Mulholland came to our home and found the issue immediately and went to work to make it functional and better than before. In all of my life and decades of home ownership, I have never had a better interaction with a service technician for anything. He was extremely courteous, professional, kind and concerned about our issue, and did an amazing job. I would recommend your business to anyone who needs it - and if they are lucky, they will have Mr. Mulholland to help as I did. I can't say enough about your fine technician. Wonderful experience.

I called Precision at 6:30am on a Wednesday morning because my garage door wouldn't open, and they had a service tech at my house by 9am. A spring had broken the night before which caused the issue. By 9am their technician, Brady, was at our house and walking me through options to repair. Our system was old and at the end of it's useful life, 15+ years. It made sense to install a whole new set of springs, motor, and accompanying parts. Brady provided great customer service, walked me through the repair, was courteous and kind even with kids running around and was complete with all of the work in about 2 hours. The immediate turnaround time and customer service provided by the phone operator and Brady blew my mind. I would highly recommend Precision to family and friends!!

Had Liftmaster 87504 unit installed. Very quiet! Lots of useful features. No extra charge for coming out on a Sunday! The installer, Matt Brewer was amazing! Highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Quick response, nice technician, good work. Garage door opener broke and Precision was there with in an hour and a half and it was replaced shortly afterwards.

Brett installed two replacement garage door openers on 02/13. He did all the things your website said he would do; on time, knowledgeable, very professional, and did everything required to get our openers and doors in top shape. We talked through how the new openers worked so when finished I had a full understanding of operations. When complete, he cleaned up the worksite. Just an outstanding job.
