Every person that I had contact with at Precision Garage Door was as professional as they come. A technician was at my home within 2 hours after my initial call after a power surge fried the circuit board in the door closer/opener. An hour and a half later I had a new closer installed and my problem solved. We had an issue with warranty as a power surge is not usually covered. However, we got management involved and they made every effort to make sure that I was happy with negotiations on a new closer. I will be recommending Precision Door to my friends and neighbors. I was having issues with garage door randomly not closing. Sometimes had to hold button down to get it to close. Did not have anything different around them. Although Chris and Adam could not get the garage door to do it while they were here, they checked different areas and was very knowledgeable and professional.
