I had my garage door springs break last night. I called and they had someone out here at 8am this morning. The technician Brett was very friendly and professional. He gave me multiple options for the repair. Once we decided on which option was best he completed all of the work in under 2 hours. I am very happy with the service I received.

Will Mullholland (technician) arrived for the appointment on time. He did a quick assessment of the problem (broken torsion spring) and inspected the door for any additional issues. He fully explained four different options and pricing for doing the repair. Once I decided on an option he was able to complete everything within a hour which included changing from a single spring system to a dual spring system. Very satisfied with the quality of the service and their quick response time.

Johathon was out today to solve a mysterious beeping sound. Turns out I needed a new battery backup. From the install a couple years ago to this latest call, each technician has been so nice and helpful as well as very professional and knowledgeable. Precision was able to respond to my call for service within several hours of my request. The technician Ryan explained all of the options to me, including cost for replacing the system which we will consider. Five stars but for sure a caution on price. Technician showed up at my house within two hours of my call. Technician was very friendly, very knowledgeable, professionally dressed and in a professional business van. When previous homeowners had changed out garage door motors, they had simply spliced the wires to the safety lasers instead of rewiring -- so the fix was simply re-establishing the splices, just peeling back the wires and splicing them together again. This took about ten minutes. For this ten minute job that involved no parts or special tools, the charge was $188. I have to be honest that hurt a little bit.
