My tech was Mathew Brewer. He was punctual, professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable and friendly. Mathew identified where the malfunction was in a timely manner, fixed the problem and conducted tests and resets to make sure everything was in working order before he left. I should have called a year ago! Thank you Precision and Mathew!

Five stars but for sure a caution on price. Technician showed up at my house within two hours of my call. Technician was very friendly, very knowledgeable, professionally dressed and in a professional business van. When previous homeowners had changed out garage door motors, they had simply spliced the wires to the safety lasers instead of rewiring -- so the fix was simply re-establishing the splices, just peeling back the wires and splicing them together again. This took about ten minutes. For this ten minute job that involved no parts or special tools, the charge was $188. I have to be honest that hurt a little bit.

I had a new garage door opener installed last year from Precision. Much quieter and more interactive than my 20year old one. Yesterday I had a hinge break ( not replaced last year). They came out today and fixed the problem and looked the system over again. Very pleased with their service!

Door spring popped on my residential garage door at just before noon today. Contacted Precision right at 12:09. They responded and dispatched immediately. John Lane was at my door by 12:45 and ready to go. He inspected and repaired everything within an hour, walked me through the repair, and was on his way by 2:00. Fast and efficient.
