Technician was nice and thorough. But we were told one price when we called and charged a higher price after the service was performed. Parts was not the reason. Won’t be calling again

Hello Larry and Michelle and thank you for the nice review. We are sorry if there was some miscommunication between your call into us and when our tech performed service on your door. We make sure that our representative who takes your call only talks in general terms like, " Springs START at $199.00."in an effort to avoid confusion. Without actually seeing what is happening with your door it is impossible to properly know the final cost. We also make sure that our techs offer the full and complete range of options to the customer and ten let them decide.
