We make sure that our representative who takes your call only talks in general terms like, " Springs START at $199.00."in an effort to avoid confusion. Without actually seeing what is happening with your door it is impossible to properly know the final cost. We also make sure that our techs offer the full and complete range of options to the customer and ten let them decide.
